MORE ON YOUR FOODIE TOUR
Revel in your own private, self-guided culinary adventure at three acclaimed restaurants inside the newly transformed Virgin Hotels — all in one convenient evening, complete with VIP service. Best yet, this all-encompassing tour, which comes complete with a handy virtual guide, is exclusive to only your invited guests.
Designed for a minimum of two people, this 2-hour tour provides immediate seating to enjoy signature fare at each venue for a total of 10 dishes in all – including dessert. An optional beverage package is also available that provides a pre-selected signature cocktail at each stop.
Take a short detour off The Strip for a change of pace at the stylish, contemporary Virgin Hotels, which recently completed a $200 million renovation. The setting is impeccable, with a dramatic 5-acre pool surrounded by top restaurants.
The first stop is Todd English’s Olives, a successor to the original one in Boston that launched the glorious career of English, who went on to win both “National Rising Star Chef’’ and “Best Chef in the Northeast’’ awards from the James Beard Foundation. While English now operates 26 restaurants around the world, this Olives is the only one in the United States, with two others in the Bahamas and the United Arab Emirates. Take a taste of its robustly flavored Mediterranean cuisine that never ceases to satisfy.
Next, it’s on to Night + Market, the only outpost of this esteemed Thai restaurant in the United States outside its home base of Southern California. Experience its unique blend of traditional Thai classics and imaginative modern Asian creations that have won over discerning restaurant critics and celebrities alike, and landed Chef-Owner Kris Yenbamroong on the semi-finalist list twice for “Rising Star Chef’’ and once for “Best New Chef in The West,’’ both by the James Beard Foundation.
Lastly, it’s on to Kassi Beach House, which transports a taste and feel of the Italian seaside to Las Vegas. Spotlighting glamorous al fresco dining, it is the first Vegas establishment by Australia-born restaurateur Nick Mathers, who has opened a slew of successful venues in Los Angeles and New York.
When the culinary tour concludes, this incredible experience doesn’t have to end. With an optional upgrade of $100 per person, a luxurious custom limo coach will transport you to Maverick Helicopters for a 12- to 15- minute flight aboard an ECO-Star helicopter for a heart-stopping, bird’s eye view of the Strip at night. Afterward, the limo coach conveniently returns you to your hotel on the Strip, leaving you with the memory of the ultimate night out in Vegas.
